Presidential

The role of the church administration, and especially that of the president, is to provide general spiritual and administrative guidance for the functioning of the South East Malawi Conference.

Secretariat

The South East Malawi Conference secretariat provides administrative assistance to all secretariats of the churches promoting the identity of the Adventist Church and supporting its mission.

Treasury

The Treasury department handles the financial affairs of the South East Malawi Conference and is responsible for providing financial leadership to the division and its institutions and unions.
