Pastor Wellington Ndala, Executive Secretary and Officer, serves as Secretary of the Administrative Committee (ADCOM) and heads the Secretariat Department, forming a key part of our executive management team. With a strong background in church administration and ministry, he manages records, coordinates outreach programs, and oversees departmental operations to ensure seamless church activities. Pastor Ndala’s leadership in the Secretariat supports our mission to make disciples by organizing evangelistic campaigns and community initiatives that share Jesus’ message. His strategic role on ADCOM helps position our conference as the leading voice for the gospel in South East Malawi.
